Exfoliant and moisturize in one easy step. Exfoliating is a critical part of any beauty routine. It removes dry skin cells, helps unclog pores, opens ingrown hair follicles, and stimulates blood flow to the skin. Increased blood flow makes it easier for cells to regenerate, keeping your glow smooth and healthy. I exfoliate with these sugar scrub bars 2-3 times a week. Moisturizing is a bonus. These sugar scrub bars leave my skin feeling soft and smooth after my shower! The butter and wax components create a wonderful moisturizing effect!
Four Bars in a Glass Jar
Ingredients
-Coconut oil
- Beeswax
-Shea butter
-Pure Cane Sugar
-Lavender Haze -Essential Oil of Lavender & Lavender Flowers
-Eucalyptus Lime -Essential Oils of Eucalyptus and Lime & Lime Zest
-Coming Soon- Pink Lemonade -Essential Oil of Lemon & Hibiscus Flower Powder
Directions
Clean your body with your normal body soap, I recommend Rootbound Farms Cold Pressed Soaps. Gently massage the bar on the skin in a circular motion. Rinse with warm water while massaging the oils into your skin. When in the shower, the sugar easily rinses off, and the butter component loves to adhere to the skin protecting it from moisture loss while repelling the water. Once out of the shower, this quickly absorbs, leaving your skin incredibly soft and smooth! I find I can skip a moisturizer on the days I use these.
Storage
Store your Sugar Scrub Bars in a glass jar and remove one at a time to use. Keep your bar in a glass dish on the counter or near the tub. In the shower, place the bar away from the water stream. Each Bar will last 2-4 uses.
Recommendations
*I recommend the Sugar Scrub Bars for use in the shower as a body scrub.
*These are not recommended for use on the face, sensitive areas on the body, irritated skin, or open wounds.
*I recommend that you use these 2-3 times a week.
*It's important to note that over-exfoliation can irritate and damage the skin. If you experience any redness, dryness, or discomfort after exfoliating, reduce the frequency or switch to a gentler product.
*Consult a dermatologist for personalized advice if you have any concerns about exfoliation or skin conditions.
This 2 minutes of self-care that you give yourself in the shower has so many benefits for your mind and body.
